Pies -  Even for those who don't usually eat pies a visit to Hayden's Pies in Ulladulla is a lovely treat. Hayden uses all fresh ingredients and real butter in his pies. From selling 29 pies on his first day he now employs 15 staff. There are daily specials such as a woolly jumper (lamb and kangaroo), salmon and king prawn and goat curry.

Bread - Try some wonderful breads from Flour,Water, Salt, the organic sour dough bakery in Milton. This is the bread you get in your breakfast hamper! They also do great coffee, cake, sandwiches and gourmet pies.

Gourmet Take Away - After months of being closed, The Kitchen in Milton has just re-opened as Susie's Kitchen, offering delicious take away food cooked on the premises. Susie is also planning to open a cooking school. More information to come.

Restaurants and Cafes - Here is a selection to choose from

St Isidore on Croobyar road overlooks a beautiful rural landscape. It is fully licensed and open Thursday to Sunday. The Tipsy Fig, Bacchus, and Coastal Indulgence continue to provide top quality food and excellent service. A new cafe, Little Gunga has a wonderful atmosphere and great coffee.
If you venture a little further from the Milton Township there is an excellent new restaurant called

Ceto
in Ulladulla overlooking the harbour. The food, service and views are superb! Another restaurant well worth a visit is Tallwood in Tallwood ave at Mollymook.

Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters is now offering a $70 lunch every Wednesday from the 5th February. The award winning Cupitt's Winery and Vineyard Kitchen and Bannisters Pool Bar are also well worth a visit. This is a great place to enjoy a gourmet pizza, fresh salad, burger or seafood from you poolside sun lounge at the pizza and cocktail bar. They have live music on the first, third and fifth Fridays of the month and alternate Sundays.

Great Deli - What's to Eat gourmet deli is full of delights, from local and imported cheeses to cold meats, antipasto and Jasper Peel rustic breads. Why not order a special picnic lunch from them? We will collect it for you and put it into one of our picnic hampers. We have a 4 person carry bag hamper and a 2 person picnic backpack.


Visit the District's Three Wineries

Cupitt's is a short drive from Milton and is open 10.am to 5pm Wednesdays to Sundays.

Fern Gully Winery is at Termeil and is open 11.am to 5.30 pm weekend and school holidays.

Bawley Vale Estate at Bawley Point is open 11.am to $.30 pm weekends and public holidays.

Play with Clay -Kees will teach you how to throw a pot on the wheel. $40 per hour for one person and $60 per hour for two people.

Take a 15 minute drive to Granite Falls - A short drive and a 500 metre walk to this sheer granite cliff.

Milton Show - The Milton Show is at the Show grounds in Croobyar Road on Friday 28th February and Saturday 1st March.

Shop 'Til You Drop - Discover or re-discover the wonderful shopping and dining experiences in Milton. New shop Miss Moss has beautiful and funky clothing, bogs and jewellery.

Browse the market - Streets stalls in Milton on the first Saturday of each month (9.00 am to 2.00 pm) and the huge Mollymook beach market runs on the 29th March. The Ulladulla Wharf markets are held on the second Sunday of each month.
